Discover the hues of North East India


India is a diverse land and a vacation in India is the best help to discover the diversity of India. This land has got amazing attractions to offer tourists. The North Eastern part of India consists of seven states, namely, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Maghalaya, Mizoram, Monipur, Nagaland and Tripura. Each state is unique in their own way, with Assam being the main gate way of the region. The entire North east is surrounded by hills while the main Himalayan destination of the region is Arunachal Pradesh. It is an amazingly beautiful state on the most eastern part of India. The state also famous for trekking, hiking and other adventurous activities like biking. States like Mizoram, Manipur and Meghalaya are also famous for their beautiful land scape in the hilly terrain. Though Assam is in a plain land but its a favorite tourists destinations among the North East lovers. The state offers us with the unadventurous sports like angling, boating and trekking. There are a few national park and sanctuaries with rare species of birds and animals fascinate the tourists. The tea gardens in Assam are another attractions to the tourists.
