Hyderabad



An unique melting pot of Muslim and Hindu culture, the capital of Andhra Pradesh is also regarded as the tourists' paradise in India. It is also called the city of Nizam's and city of pearls. This city of excellence lures tourists with so many tourists attractions. It should mention here that it is one of the most techno savvy place in India and the city is witnessing a booming cyber revolution. Hyderbad brings in our mind the images of traditional royal clothes, exquisite jewellery, sequins, braids historical monuments and never the less the Hyderabadi biriyani. The must visit attractions of the state are as follows :

Charminar – Synonymous with Hyderabad, Charminar is a masterpiece of Qutub Shahi architecture. It is situated in the heart of the city an imposing square structure with four minarets piercing the sky. The surrounding area features a large number of shops and street vendors selling various goods and items.

Golconda Fort – A wonderful workmanship of granite stones, Golconda fort is a must visit place in Hyderabad. It is here in Golconda the famous Kohinoor diamond was extracted.

Salar Jung Museum – Hyderabad is also famous for art craft and museum. Salar Jung Museum is a treasure trove of exquisite art. This museum possesses the craftsmanship of Salar Jung family. There are collections of books, swords, statues, illuminated Korans, jeweled swords and daggers and Persian carpets, European paintings and sculptures.

Other attractions in Hyderabad include Macca Masjid, Falaknuma Palace, Husain Sagar Lake, Naubat Pahad, Kasu Brahmanda Reddy National Park, Ramoji Film City and Laad Bazaar, a colourful shopping district.
Hyderabad is a favourite tourists destination not only for its beautiful architecture but also the city offers the tourists with variety of performing art like Kuchupuri dance, folk songs etc. Cuisines of Hyderabad is also another reason which has made the place famous.
